iPhone and Mobile: Camera vs Choose Files
Select existing photos and documents without accidentally opening only the camera.
Before you begin
- Open Field Walkthrough, Rapid Load or AI Rapid Update on your device.
Step-by-step instructions

Take a new image
Select Take Photo to open the device camera when supported.

Select an existing item
Use Upload / Choose or Choose Files to access the available library and document picker.

Choose the file
Select a photo, screenshot, PDF or other type supported by that workflow.

Wait for upload
Watch for progress and confirmation before closing the page.

Handle permissions
Allow camera or file access as appropriate; browser behavior varies by device.

Retry safely
If upload fails, check size, type and connection; verify whether a record was saved before resubmitting.
Expected result
The correct file is selected and the workflow confirms whether it saved.
