Early Access Inquiry Privacy Notice

Updated October 2026 · Applies to SecuritySalesApp.com early-access and demonstration inquiries.

Information requested

Our early-access form requests a business/company name, contact name and work email. You may optionally provide a phone number, website, team size, primary sales goal and message. We also record your permission to be contacted.

How we use it

ĀRU Intelligence Inc. uses submitted information to evaluate SecuritySalesApp.com product interest, respond to your inquiry, discuss demonstrations and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not create an account, invite staff, or authorize a charge.

Where it is handled

Form submissions are processed through our application backend and stored in its SaaS inquiry records. The application is built on Base44 infrastructure. Authorized company administrators can review and update inquiry records.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry information while it is useful for handling your request or follow-up, subject to applicable obligations. You can request review or deletion of your inquiry by emailing office@aruintelligence.com. We provide an administrative deletion function for these inquiry records.

Security and limitations

We restrict the inquiry management interface and its backend operations to the designated corporate administrator. No internet service can promise absolute security. This notice describes the early-access inquiry process; it does not describe every feature or data practice of the future subscription platform.
